System: 10  participants. Round – robin tournament by FIDE regulations.
Time control: Playing time will be 90 minutes for the 40 moves ,plus 15 minutes till the end of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.
Digital clocks Silver.
Tie - break: 1.Points ; 2.Berger ; 3. The results of the games between the players with equal scores; 4.Number of wins.

Prizes:: I – 1000 LTL., II – 600 LTL., III – 400 LTL.,
Organizers leave themselves the right to increase the prize fund or add additional prizes.


Entry fee:
GM and title player with ELO above 2550 – entry free

For players with ELO: above 2501 - 100 Euro
2451 – 2500 - 125 Euro
2401 - 2450  - 150 Euro
2351 - 2400  - 175 Euro
2301 - 2350  - 200 Euro
below 2300  -  if you want to play in the tournament please contact the organizer

Accommodation: For GM free. The hostel costs from 30 LTL. per night. 
The  hotel can be booked on request.The Hotel costs from 50 to 240 LTL/night.
