Panevėžio šachmatų klubas ir šachmatų turnyrų organizatorius Arvydas Baltrūnas  siūlo renginius norintiems pakovoti del tarptautinių vardų.

Druskininkuose nuo kovo 17 iki kovo 23 vyks serija ratų sistemos turnyrų,kuriuose bus galima gerai praleisti laiką sanatorijoje,pasigrožėti atbundančiu pavasariu ir žinoma sudalyvauti turnyre dėl IM normų arba pasikelti reitingą dėl FM vardo.

System: 10 - 12 participants. Round – robin tournament by FIDE regulations.
Time control: Playing time will be 90 minutes for the 40 moves ,plus 15 minutes till the end of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.
Digital clocks Silver.
Tie - break: 1.Points ; 2.Berger ; 3. The results of the games between the players with equal scores; 4.Number of wins.

IM and title player with ELO above 2450 – entry free
For players with ELO:
above 2401   - 100 Euro
2351 - 2400  - 125 Euro
2301 - 2350 -  150 Euro
2251 - 2300  - 175 Euro
2201 - 2250  - 200 Euro
2150 - 2200  - 225 Euro
